Earth Day

Earth Day is the day designated for fostering our appreciation of Mother Nature. We honour the earth’s environment by raising awareness on issues that threaten it. This includes deforestation, pollution, and global warming to name a few.

Some people actually see Earth day as the first day of spring (March 21st, the Spring Equinox) while others recognize Earth Day as today (April 22nd). Either way, it is a day to remind ourselves to protect our environment. After all, we only have one earth and we need to take care of it.
