This movie had a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes so I just had to see what all the fuss was about. Honestly, the title of the movie already caught my eye because I was intrigued to know who are the 3 Idiots.
If you’re into Bollywood types of movies with lots of comedic scenes, then this film is definitely for you. Now despite the humour, ‘3 Idiots‘ does shed light on some serious topics like death and suicide. I thought it was a good medium to highlight the stress parents may put onto their child to bring home good grades.
Like most films of the genre, it has its share of the usual singing and dancing. Plus, the love story was very sweet. Though, the one thing I did not enjoy was some of the humour. I don’t think I would rate this movie as 100%, but I was impressed with the way the director was able to add wit and humour for a movie on a serious topic.
