Brain Tumour Survivor Zach Hart

Lifelong passions for hockey and golf keep brain tumour survivor Zach Hart moving forward. On August 3rd, Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada announced a collaboration between Bruce Power, the Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario, and Peterborough Petes OHL Hockey team.

The 18-year-old from Baden was diagnosed August 2019 with a malignant brain tumour, and had to go through three surgeries in just over three weeks. After a successful third surgery and three rounds of chemotherapy, the tumour shrunk by about 90%.
